A new identity for the guardians of the Marche region’s water resources
Consorzio di Bonifica delle Marche is a public economic institution that manages and maintains water resources in the Marche region, guaranteeing hydraulic safety, promoting agricultural irrigation and protecting the environment. It works with farmers, landowners, local authorities and citizens to ensure sustainable use of water resources and contribute to the socio-economic development of the region.
The organization turned to us to strengthen its image and improve its corporate communication. The request was clear: to increase awareness of the Consortium’s activities, improve its reputation and stakeholder perception, and establish a lasting relationship of trust with consortium members and the local community.
To meet CBM’s request, we developed a structured plan including the redesign of the brand, the creation of new graphic materials, the setting up of the Pesaro and Macerata premises, a social media strategy and a new website. Each phase of the project was designed to strengthen the brand identity and improve communication with all stakeholders.

Water as the essence of CBM
In order to reposition the Consortium on a new value axis, we identified a unique and distinctive communication concept, capable of containing CBM’s vision
and presenting its activities and services as the result of those values that define and inspire the Consortium’s work: “Siamo fatti di acque.” (We are made of water.)
The concept focuses strongly, straightforwardly and substantively on the theme of Water as an essential and indispensable asset for life, and one that binds the destiny of our planet and that of human beings to a single, indissoluble unity. A message of integrated and plural ecology, which calls everyone to a sense of responsibility and awareness in the rational management of water resources. A claim that expresses, with a clear and immediate assertion, the Consortium's vision and that establishes an equivalence between the values/attributes of Water and the work of the Consortium: transparency, clarity, simplicity.
MOOD, LOOK & FEEL, COMMUNICATION MATERIAL
Fluid design and bright colours
The Consortium’s new communicative identity was defined starting from the following core elements: Water, Territory/Environment, Marche Region. The mood of the project was based on graphic elements recalling water and nature, with the use of bright colours and fluid shapes. The new CBM logo was designed to be simple and recognizable, with configurations adaptable to different applications. The symbol recreates the shape of a heart, created by the reservoir (below) and the sign of the hills. Graphics included letterhead, business cards, brochures, envelopes, merchandising and the email signature, all consistent with the new brand identity.

L'allestimento delle sedi ha seguito il concept grafico sviluppato per il CBM. A Pesaro e Macerata, abbiamo realizzato targhe e segnaletica per l'ingresso, la reception e le sale conferenze, creando un ambiente professionale e accogliente che riflette la nuova identità visiva del Consorzio. Abbiamo introdotto una segnaletica chiara e intuitiva, migliorando la funzionalità degli spazi e garantendo un'esperienza positiva per i visitatori e il personale.
SOCIAL MEDIA STRATEGY
Digital connections for reality
We developed a social media strategy aimed at creating a solid and consistent presence of Consorzio di Bonifica Marche on Facebook, Instagram and YouTube. It included various types of content, such as photo posts, videos, albums and reels, all designed to increase the organization's engagement and visibility. The main aim is to promote transparency, accessibility and community involvement, using social media to build trust and strengthen the relationship with users.

A portal for discovering and interacting
The new CBM website is designed to be user-friendly and informative. The website structure eases navigation and allows users to easily find information on the Consortium’s activities and news in real time. The design reflects the new brand identity, with a modern and intuitive layout.
