Olivieri Studio is a historic boutique in the historic centre of Pesaro which, since 1995, has been a point of reference for women who love selected, refined and elegant shopping. Here, Roberta welcomes her customers and accompanies them in choosing the perfect outfit, capable of fully enhancing and bringing value to their silhouette and personality. They turned to us to expand the business also in the digital area to take advantage of all the opportunities arising from the web.
Our work began with the definition of a new visual identity for Olivieri Studio, the starting point for making the brand’s presence solid and recognizable. We then went on to define a web marketing strategy in which we identified and defined the targets, objectives, timescales, and touchpoints - online and offline - to be activated.
Passion, experience, inspiration
There are many factors that influence the choice of an online purchase. One of these is certainly the fact of being a recognized and recognizable Brand. To do this, it was necessary to create a strong visual identity to make Olivieri Studio a Brand with personality, soul and authority in the world of digital fashion.
From the logo to the stylistic research to define the photographic styling, the colours and the appropriate atmosphere: every element was designed to make the story credible, recognizable and coherent.
A caring and personalized shopping experience
Online shoppers are increasingly looking for a personalized experience: from the publication on social networks to the contents of the newsletter and the shopping experience. It is precisely on this asset that the design of the new website has been developed: not just clothes are sold, but advice, selection and research.
A complete experience that gives continuity and coherence between the physical store and the online shop where Roberta listens and proposes products that respond to the desires/needs of the target women.
We have created a dedicated advice page and added a look completion section to every single product page to guide, inspire and accompany the user in the choice of other garments to match the selected one.
A newsletter tailor-made for you
The newsletter is an excellent tool for increasing trust in the brand. Sending communications by email enables you to establish a bond with your customers that is strengthened over time.
We provided two types of email marketing automation:
In order to create a well-cared-for social presence consistent with the brand’s identity, to develop awareness and create lead generation, we created a social strategy document dedicated to the Facebook, Instagram and Pinterest channels.
The aim was to tell the story of Olivieri Studio’s world by talking not only about the product but also about all the imagery surrounding the brand itself.
Tone of voice, hashtags and topics were defined and editorial columns were proposed to stimulate community involvement.
The “Style tips” section is designed as a time to interact with your audience and tell them about the brand, the products and the consultancy service.
