Atlas Concorde USA is the Brand of Atlas Concorde Group, the first Italian ceramic group in the world that operates in the US market. The company, with which we have been collaborating since 2018, asked us to design a digital tool capable of managing, speeding up and optimising the relationships and the exchange of information and content with its professional network made up of designers, architects, retailers and distributors.
A fully customized B2B platform, designed to host, guide and assist Atlas Concorde USA’s network of customers and partners within a dedicated area with exclusive content and services: webinars, courses, training, videos, materials and digital documents on products and collections.
It’s not just a technical tool, but a commercial and communication channel complementary to the corporate website, designed to boost business through greater involvement of the network and the generation of qualified leads.
Technical features and user experience
Within the platform, we developed a number of fully customized features: a reserved area, a calendar to allow users to view and participate in online events, download exclusive product content, and registration and contact forms differentiated according to the nature of the lead. The platform has also been integrated with other management and commercial software used by the company in order to create an ecosystem of accessible functions and services and offer users a clear and effective user experience.
Preparing the Brand for B2B
The Brand’s corporate image was adapted to the functions and purposes of the new portal: while maintaining the Brand’s stylistic assets of reference (colour, font, style of icons), we created a graphic design that can clearly convey the content and information and to enhance the different calls to action, favouring a navigation experience that is aesthetically compelling and in line with Atlas Concorde’s emotional mood.
